鱼香茄子 - Sautee Eggplant and Minced Pork
材料: 1 斤茄子 50 克免治猪肉
调味料: 1 茶匙鸡粉 1 汤匙糖 1 茶匙生抽 1 茶匙老抽 2 汤匙镇江醋 少许 辣椒油
做法: 1. 将茄子去皮,切片,放在油锅炸熟,待用。 2. 烧热1汤匙油,炒免治猪肉,加入调味料,炒香 3. 再加入茄子略炒,加少许粟粉水,即成。
